These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the reefinspect.com website and the automotive diagnostics and vehicle inspection services provided by Reefinspect, located at 285 Great Eastern Hwy, Belmont WA 6104, Australia.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

Liability

Reefinspect provides diagnostic and inspection services in good faith using professional equipment and qualified technicians. However, the following limitations apply:

• Inspection and diagnostic reports reflect the condition of the vehicle at the time of assessment only. We cannot guarantee the future performance or reliability of any vehicle.
• Some defects may not be detectable through visual inspection or standard diagnostic procedures, including concealed damage, intermittent faults, or issues that develop after the inspection date.
• Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee paid for the specific service in question, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of profits, loss of use, or costs of alternative transport.
• Pre-purchase inspection reports are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of vehicle condition.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

Service Conditions

When booking and using Reefinspect services, the following conditions apply:

• Appointments — Bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.
• Vehicle access — You must provide safe and legal access to the vehicle, including keys, registration documents, and any relevant service history.
• Accurate information — You agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle information. We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information supplied by you.
• Payment — Service fees are payable upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Reports — Inspection and diagnostic reports are delivered electronically. Physical copies are available upon request.
• Intellectual property — All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and report templates, is owned by Reefinspect and may not be reproduced without written permission.
